Austin, TX. This District includes all Scouting Units registered to
Charter Organizations located within the Pflugerville, Hutto, Coupland, Taylor,
and Thrall Independent School District Boundaries of Central Texas. |

Join your fellow Scouts, Scouters, and Scouting families for an evening of fun and fellowship reviewing our District's accomplishments of 2009.
The event will be held on Thursday, February 11 at 6:30, so plan
any homework and bedtime schedules accordingly.
Food will be pot luck. Please bring enough to serve the number of people in your family. Suggested categories are: Tiger/Webelos: Dessert; Wolf/Bear: Side/Salad; Scout-thru-Life: Main; Venturing/Sea Scout: drinks; 2009 Eagle: Choice.
Charge is $1.00 per person over age 5 to cover amenities and help defray the cost of awards.
Please plan to arrive 6:15 to set up your dish and find a table. Opening
ceremonies will be at 6:30 immediately followed by dinner.

UNSUNG SCOUTER AWARD
Units in Blackland Prairie District may nominate an adult (Leader, Parent or a person that helps out the Unit) for the 2009 Unsung Scouter for your Unit. That person that supports your Unit in the back ground, may never earn an Adult Knot, but is always there to help out and support your program.
The 2009 Unsung Scouter will be honored during the Blackland Prairie District Awards Banquet on Thursday evening, February 11, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Pflugerville.
Please complete the attached forms and return them by January 15, 2010 - this can be done by email, mail or at Roundtable.
