ANNOUNCING AN NRA RIFLE INSTRUCTOR AND RANGE SAFETY
OFFICER TRAINING COURSE- August 7-9, 2009.
All Boy Scout and Venturing rifle shooting activities must
be supervised by a currently NRA-certified Instructor. This course
completes all requirements for both NRA Rifle Instructor and NRA Range
Safety Officer training. The training includes both classroom and
range time. The course is limited to 20 participants only.

The BSA has a new medical form for all Scouts and Scout adults. This form replaces both the old Class 1/2 and Class 3 medical forms.
****** All Capitol Area Council Scouts and Scout adults should start using the new form on March 1. If you have an old Class 1/2 or Class 3 that is still current, don't run out and get a physical - those forms will still work until they expire. After they expire, please use the new form. ******
